Koditus is celebrating its third anniversary!

What a wonderful journey we’ve had so far. It started with few developers and now we are a team of almost 20 experts. Every year we organize a small event to celebrate our success and achievements as well as to spend some time together.

This year we met at the beginning of September at a cozy villa between a forest and a lake. It was an amazing experience for everyone, as all of us have finally managed to meet in person after all the time spent in lockdown.

Initially, we planned to have peaceful kayaking. However, Koditus teambuildings always pull a rabbit out of the hat due to the unexpected weather Lithuania has to offer. This time we were welcomed by rain and heavy wind, which tested our teamwork and determination. We can proudly say that no challenge is too difficult for us. The weather didn’t spoil our mood and we have also ended the day in SPA relaxing after all day struggles and late-night discussions on world-changing topics.

We are already planning new events this autumn. Knowing us, it should be fun and joyful as all adventures bring us closer and enhance our team spirit.

P.S. if you think kayaking in September is extreme, we have had more adventurous teambuilding in July – a 30 km long hike from Vilnius to Trakai ended up in the extreme sun and hailstorm afterward. Sounds like fun? Join us on our next adventure!
